We are living in strange time. We are concerned with the rights and condition of the criminals, terrorists, anti-socials and persons of deviant behaviour, but don't care about the rights and condition of common people.When terrorists kill innocent people and police personnel, the protagonists of Human Rights remain mum, but when the State acts against these barbarians cries of Human Rights violation rent the air. Our permissiveness vis a vis the criminals is a reflection of the societal anomie.
