Information, Decision-making, and Democracy | Advancing a Free Society:

There is governmental paralysis not only in India, but the world over. Why? What is the problem -- lack of information about political consumers or the surfacing of real information?

A major section of the globe is reeling under recession. There is little scope of any policy working! Economy is an autonomous area, behaving in quite an unpredictable manner>

Could it be because of the recession that a major section of the globe is reeling under? Economy, after all, is an autonomous world, and behaves in quite an unpredictable manner.
